Job description
Applications are invited for a fully funded, 3-years PhD position within the research project ANR ANTHRAME:
Les pouvoirs de l’âme. Anthropologie de l’expérience (XIV-XVI siècles Italie), led by Prof. Dr. Fosca Mariani Zini (University of Tours, CESR UMR 7323)
financed by ANR France (117000 €=.3 years), based at the Centres des Etudes Supérieures de la Renaissance, Université Francois Rabelais Tours.

Required qualifications
- research master’s or master’s degree in a history of medieval and /or humanistic philosophy
- excellent command of French, Italien, German and English;
- experience in reading old handwriting in Latin palaeography;
- interest in methodological and theoretical discussions in the field of history of philosophy
- a strong motivation to complete a PhD dissertation in 3 years;
- ability to work independently whilst also a team player.
